By purchasing or using our images, you agree to be bound by this agreement.

All rights to the images on this web site are owned by us or our suppliers of images. When paying a license fee for an image, you will be granted a non exclusive and non transferable right to use that image, your rights to use that image is limited by the terms of this agreement.

Permitted use of images:

• On printed materials: promotional, editorial and packaging, in most formats such as newspapers, magazines, reports, books, brochures, disc covers, catalogs, postcards, calendars and advertising materials.
• On electronic media: promotional and editorial in electronic and digital formats such as screensavers, websites, television, video and multimedia products.

Prohibited use of images:

• Display online of the image in an electronic format with a resolution greater than 640x480 pixels.
• Display the image in a way that it is intended to be downloaded.
• Sell, rent, loan, give, transfer the rights to use the image.
• Use the image or part of it for pornography, defamatory, libellous, obscene, immoral, fraudulent or otherwise unlawful uses.
• Use the image in a way other than described in the above permitted uses.

Warranty:

Photoeidos warrants the digital copy of the image in the form downloaded by you to be free from defects in material and workmanship for 15 days from payment. Our only responsibility and liability under this warranty and this as your sole and exclusive remedy, is to replace or reimburse the cost of the purchased image to you.

Cancellatione:

Immagini Royalty-free - You may cancel the image licence within seven working days from the date of the invoice without charge with full refund.

Limitation of Liabilities:

Under no circumstances, we will be liable to you for any consequential, incidental, direct or indirect damage or other damages including losses of any kind (or claim of loss from a third party) arising out of the use or inability to use our images, or website.

Release:

For the above Licence it is your responsibility to check whether the Image has the appropriate Release if this is needed for the usage you wish to use the image for. Please note, not all of Photoeidos’ s images have Releases.
Photoeidos gives no warranties whatsoever with respect to the use of names, trademarks, logos, uniforms, registered or copyrighted designs or works of art depicted in the image.
You must satisfy yourself that all necessary rights, consents or permissions as may be required for reproduction of the image.

Indemnification:

You agree to indemnify and hold us (and our partners and suppliers of images) harmless against any damage or liability of any kind arising from any use of our images other than the permitted uses described above.
When purchasing and using our images, you agree to respect international laws of copyright and the laws of the country in which you reside and use these images.

Under certain laws, you have the obligation to mention credit for the artist who created the image and the agency.
